What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and electronic document storage.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure HR paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
  • Update HRIS for employee status changes and ensure payroll updates are reported on time.
  • Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with compliance training, reporting, and HR inquiries.
  • Provide support for special projects and general HR administration.

What You Need

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with virtual onboarding processes and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in HR or related field (SHRM Certification preferred).
  • At least 3 years of HR-related experience required.
