What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and electronic document storage.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure HR paperwork is accurate and timely.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Update HRIS for employee status changes and ensure payroll updates are reported on time.
- Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with compliance training, reporting, and HR inquiries.
- Provide support for special projects and general HR administration.
What You Need
- Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with virtual onboarding processes and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree in HR or related field (SHRM Certification preferred).
- At least 3 years of HR-related experience required.
