What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Assist customers with overdue accounts and payment arrangements
- Document call-related information for reporting and auditing
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous collections experience (required)
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Professional, customer-oriented attitude
Work Environment
- Work-at-home setup in a private residence
- Internet must meet minimum speeds (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload; DSL or Cable only)
- Alorica provides work equipment (may include webcam)
