What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during their first several months in the program
- Handle inbound calls and complete daily follow-up touchpoints
- Guide clients through their debt resolution journey, addressing questions and concerns with empathy
- Deliver clear explanations of services and manage client objections with professionalism
- Navigate internal systems to access client data and provide timely assistance
- Maintain performance targets while offering excellent service
What You Need
- 1–2 years of client retention or sales experience, preferably in a high-volume call center
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to manage challenging conversations
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps minimum)
