Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must have schedule flexibility, including training, overtime, and some weekends
- Work-from-home with reliable internet and quiet workspace required
What You’ll Do
- Provide accurate and courteous responses to member inquiries regarding pharmacy, products, and membership
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong communication with Medicare members
- Successfully complete and apply customer service training materials
- Navigate multiple computer applications and systems efficiently
- Deliver quality service in a fast-paced call center environment
What You Need
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of Medicare Advantage Claims and Customer Service experience (DSNP knowledge preferred)
- Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team
