What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, delivering a top-tier customer service experience
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and handle online chat inquiries
- Enter application data accurately and follow established procedures and policies
- Apply creative problem-solving skills and adapt to project updates
- Maintain regulatory compliance across all communication channels
What You Need
- 18 years of age or older
- Dedicated, private, and secure home workspace
- Personal device with camera (for training)
- High-speed internet (35 mb/s+) via cable/fiber ethernet connection; no Wi-Fi or mobile internet
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
