Thyme Care is on a mission to reshape the cancer care journey—placing patients and caregivers at the center. As a Practice Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our virtual medical team, helping deliver high-quality, seamless telehealth experiences for people navigating cancer care.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments for patients and providers
• Initiate, guide, and troubleshoot telehealth sessions
• Manage provider calendars and appointment conflicts
• Handle patient check-ins, insurance verification, and payments
• Process referrals, documentation, and patient communications
• Maintain up-to-date EHRs and support clinical team operations
• Triage member needs and escalate to clinical support when needed
• Support data entry, practice growth, and project-based initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year experience in admin, virtual assistance, or telehealth coordination
• Experience with EHRs and basic tech troubleshooting
• Bilingual and/or oncology experience preferred
• Organized multitasker with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment
• Deep empathy and patient-first mindset
• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom a plus
