CareCentrix is hiring Patient Billing Representatives to help support patients with billing inquiries and financial guidance. You’ll be at the front lines of patient communication—handling calls, educating patients, and ensuring they understand their out-of-pocket responsibilities.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage 30–35 inbound calls per day from patients, providers, and payers
• Investigate billing inquiries and explain payment status and responsibilities
• Support payment collections and offer financial assistance options
• Navigate multiple systems to ensure accurate, efficient resolutions
• Escalate complex issues as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of call center experience in healthcare or billing
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Comfort with dual-monitor setup and multiple applications
• Excellent phone presence, patience, and empathy
💻 Remote Requirements
• Home office setup with internet that supports VOIP and multitasking tools
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:30AM–6:00PM EST (post-training)
• Willingness to complete 4–6 weeks of paid virtual training
