🧾 About the Role
CareCentrix is hiring a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Representative to support its Reconsiderations team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring providers are reimbursed accurately and on time. Through claims research, eligibility checks, and direct payer communication, you’ll help identify payment discrepancies and drive resolutions that keep healthcare moving.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Research rejected or denied claims and determine corrective action
• Collaborate with payers and providers to gather supporting documentation
• Process appeals, reconciliations, and invoice adjustments
• Guide teammates and contribute to process improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reimbursement of receivables
• Review EOBs/EOMBs for accuracy and patient responsibility
• Assist with training and serve as a subject matter resource
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in medical claims processing or reimbursement
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HCPC/CPT/ICD-9 coding, and claims systems
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of insurance collection procedures
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Understanding of utilization management and URAC standards preferred
