Conduent is hiring full-time Call Center Associates to support Virginia Medicaid recipients and healthcare providers. This role is a great fit if you’re passionate about helping others and want to build a long-term career in healthcare support—without working weekends.

• $16.50/hour starting pay
• Full-time, remote position
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST
• No weekends or night shifts
• Paid training starting early September

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from Virginia Medicaid members and providers
• Use scripts and systems to answer questions about eligibility, claim status, and provider enrollment
• Act as an advocate for Medicaid recipients and healthcare providers
• Accurately document all calls and follow proper escalation protocols
• Support occasional backend tasks like document verification and required training
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 18+ years of age
• Clear communication and professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Self-motivated with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• High-speed internet with wired connection

• AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY
• Metro areas: Minneapolis (MN), NYC (NY), Portland (OR), Montgomery County (MD), Seattle (WA), Washington, DC
