Join Conduent’s dedicated benefits support team and be the voice that helps people understand their healthcare and retirement plans. You’ll assist callers in navigating everything from medical and dental benefits to employer-sponsored perks, making complex systems feel human again.


Position Highlights
• $17.00/hour
• Full-time, Remote
• Paid training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
• Production Schedule: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST (any day Mon–Sun)
• Day-one benefits (medical, dental, vision)
• Consistent schedule + overtime during peak periods

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer incoming calls about healthcare, retirement, and other employee benefits
• Assist callers in understanding eligibility, coverage, and claim processes
• Troubleshoot issues with clarity, patience, and professionalism
• Navigate multiple systems while providing real-time solutions
• Maintain high-quality documentation and call notes
• Meet call quality and customer service KPIs


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Proficient in MS Office and typing
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Natural empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working a rotating schedule, Mon–Sun
• Must pass background check and drug screen (THC included)
• Must pass internet speed test: 25 mbps down / 5 mbps up / ≤175ms ping
• Must be 18+ and able to connect via ethernet (no Wi-Fi only setups)

• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
Not hiring in: AK, CA, CT, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, or major metros including NYC, Chicago, Portland, Denver, etc.
• Quiet home workspace and reliable wired internet required
