Youâll be assisting with a major pharmaceutical companyâs patient assistance programâhelping callers complete applications, track medication orders, and navigate eligibility.

Position Highlights

⢠Full-time, Remote
⢠MondayâFriday, 8:00 AMâ8:00 PM EST (assigned 8-hour shifts)
⢠Paid Training: 5 weeks, MondayâFriday, 9:00 AMâ5:30 PM EST

đ What Youâll Own
⢠Respond to high-volume inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
⢠Answer questions about program eligibility, enrollment, and medication orders
⢠Assist with completing applications and reorders
⢠Place medication orders in real time
⢠Make follow-up outbound calls as needed
⢠Maintain accurate documentation and meet KPIs
⢠Adhere to schedule and performance expectations
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠High school diploma or GED
⢠1â2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare encouraged)
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills
⢠Proficient with MS Office and able to manage multiple digital platforms
⢠Self-motivated and organized, with strong attention to detail
⢠Able to show empathy and professionalism under pressure
⢠Experience in call center settings is a plusâbut not required

⢠Must pass a typing test and customer service assessment
⢠Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
⢠Wired internet connection (25 mbps download / 15 mbps upload)
