We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with our most influential clients. You’ll serve as their advocate, translating business needs into powerful applications of our platform. This role isn’t just about retention—it’s about elevating the entire customer journey from onboarding to strategic growth.
You’ll collaborate across product, sales, analytics, and leadership, reporting to the VP of Client Services. This is a remote-first position open to applicants based anywhere in the U.S.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Be the go-to partner for key enterprise clients
• Drive adoption, retention, and account growth
• Align Antenna’s data products with your clients’ strategic goals
• Uncover new use cases for Antenna data to drive deeper value
• Lead onboarding, training, and long-term engagement
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues
• Collaborate across teams to surface and prioritize customer feedback
• Help refine our customer success playbook as we scale
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years experience in customer success or account management
• Proven track record managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
• Skilled communicator—especially around complex or technical topics
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior clients
• Thrive in dynamic, startup-paced environments
• Curious, collaborative, and data-savvy mindset
