📋 What You’ll Own
• Evaluate and organize medical documentation for proper adjudication
• Ensure coding and billing info aligns with documentation
• Identify gaps or conflicts in claims and obtain missing data
• Read and apply policy guidelines to assess case eligibility
• Participate in required arbitration and compliance training
• Maintain strong case-by-case communication with clients
• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews on complex cases

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in healthcare, insurance, or claims resolution
• Arbitration or dispute resolution experience strongly preferred
• Prior work with medical office or hospital billing systems is a plus
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure
• Self-driven and capable of managing a remote workflow
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Chrome)
