Dane Street is hiring Board-Certified Physicians—including Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Neurologists, and PM&R specialists—to conduct remote utilization reviews on a contract basis. This telework opportunity offers complete schedule flexibility (Monday–Friday), competitive per-case compensation, and the chance to make an impact from anywhere. Workers’ Compensation experience is a plus, but not required.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and evaluate medical records and clinical appropriateness of services
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and state-mandated protocols
• Respond clearly to all client questions with concise, supported determinations
• Meet client-mandated turnaround times
• Maintain up-to-date credentialing and licensing
• Complete required calls and participate in quality assurance when needed
• Submit documentation using professional literature and standards—no case studies or small-sample decisions

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active, unrestricted medical license (CA, GA, FL, IL, KY, LA, NV, TX preferred)
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Spine, Neurosurgery, Neurology, or PM&R
• Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation (preferred)
• Experience with utilization review and evidence-based criteria
• Clear communication and timely documentation skills
• Comfortable with telework and digital platforms
