In this role, you’ll handle a range of customer inquiries—resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, and online channels. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or online
• Educate members on VSP plans, prescriptions, products, and order status
• Support e-commerce transactions and resolve complaints
• Process documentation and provide claim assistance as needed
• Document issues accurately and help improve support workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex concerns when needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center, insurance, retail, or tech preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple software programs
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Must reside in Texas
• High-speed internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
• Wired connection (router/modem not provided)
• Quiet, professional home workspace
