VSP Vision is seeking a National Sales Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that elevate technical, sales, and communication skills across the organization. This role partners with business leaders to roll out impactful learning experiences and shape the success of new hires and seasoned team members alike. ✅ Position Highlights
• $58,656–$92,328 per year (plus bonus/commission potential)
• Full-time
• Fully remote (U.S. based with occasional travel ~20%)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and deliver training programs—from manuals to webinars
• Assess training needs and manage rollout of new products/systems
• Lead sales, service, and system training for employees across regions
• Collaborate with other trainers to enhance programs
• Serve as subject matter expert and mentor to training staff
• Evaluate training impact and continuously improve content
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of training and development experience
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM/CMA systems and technical training tools
• Excellent written communication and project management skills
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Able to exercise sound judgment and operate independently
