VSP Vision is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Account Executive to join their mission-driven remote sales team. In this role, you’ll help drive growth by cultivating broker relationships and closing new business in an assigned territory. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Creatively generate and follow up on broker and account leads
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with brokers and prospects
• Deliver customized plan designs, rate quotes, and product information
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Market Directors in your territory
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet revenue and account goals
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Knowledge of products, underwriting, and licensing requirements (preferred)
