📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate onboarding activities and merchant setup
• Manage reports, documentation, and due diligence reviews
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and banking partners
• Troubleshoot onboarding roadblocks and configuration issues
• Maintain organized, up-to-date merchant files
• Collaborate with internal teams to support payment operations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with project management frameworks and tools like JIRA or Salesforce
• Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and analytical abilities

• Bachelor’s in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience
