🚀 Role Overview: Member Support Supervisor
We’re hiring a Member Support Supervisor to lead a team of 8–12 Concierge Associates. You’ll drive daily operations, coach your team, and ensure that every interaction with our members reflects the empathy and excellence we’re known for.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of support associates with regular 1:1s and team huddles
- Monitor performance and quality, holding the team accountable with data
- Serve as the expert and escalation point for complex member inquiries
- Manage scheduling, training, and onboarding for team coverage and growth
- Implement improvements to elevate the member experience
- Share member insights with internal teams to improve Garner’s services

- 4+ years in customer support or operations, with team leadership experience
