🚀 Role Overview: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
As a frontline Associate on our Member Support Team, you’ll guide members through their healthcare benefits, helping them find the best care at the lowest cost. You’ll interact via phone, chat, and email, serving as a trusted resource and empathetic problem-solver.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support via phone, chat, and email
- Help members navigate benefits and maximize their Garner coverage
- Guide members to top-rated healthcare providers
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve member issues
- Protect member data in full compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Surface insights and feedback from real member experiences
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (required)
- Healthcare knowledge is a plus
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Comfort working in a startup environment with frequent change
- Tech-savviness with platforms like Zendesk
