🧾 About the Role
ModSquad is looking for part-time customer support pros to assist users of a software platform that helps property owners lower their property taxes using automation and data. No selling, no scripts—just real support for real people who need help navigating their accounts.


Position Highlights
• Part-Time
• Fully Remote (excludes residents of CA, CO, NY, WA)
• Flexible scheduling – self-schedule 20 hrs/week minimum
• 90-day commitment
• Production Hours: M–F, 6 AM–5 PM PT


📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound customer calls with warmth and professionalism
• Assist users with account questions, service updates, and onboarding
• Provide accurate, empathetic, and informative support
• Work autonomously while maintaining a high standard of service


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Clear, professional phone presence
• Curiosity, energy, and a desire to help people
• Able to multitask, research on the fly, and learn new systems quickly
• Prior call center experience is a plus but not required


💻 Remote Requirements
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or newer
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Wired internet connection (Ethernet only)
• High-quality headset with noise-canceling mic
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Willing to install ModSquad security software + 2FA on both device and mobile
