🧾 About the Role
TruBridge is hiring full-time remote Customer Service Representatives to support patients in our Early Out Service program. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals with medical billing questions, helping them find resolution with clarity and compassion.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage inbound/outbound calls to meet daily productivity goals
• Deliver high-quality service while following policy and compliance standards
• Help patients resolve medical billing issues and set up payment plans
• Document interactions and process account paperwork
• Schedule follow-ups and support call center operations as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality with all customer data

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• 1+ year of remote phone-based customer service experience
