Akina Pharmacy is seeking an empathetic, detail-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support patients, providers, and healthcare partners. As the frontline voice of our team, you’ll manage inbound and outbound communications, confirm prescription orders, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction meets our commitment to care and compassion. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as first point of contact for patients and providers—handling order confirmations, scheduling deliveries, and resolving issues with empathy
• Place 50–60 outbound calls and answer 50–60 inbound calls per day
• Accurately document 100–120 patient/provider interactions per day using CRM software
• Maintain high standards for call quality, average handle time, and first-call resolution
• Support seamless order management workflows from start to finish
• Collaborate with pharmacy techs and pharmacists to resolve patient issues
• Follow up promptly and route escalations when necessary

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in call center or healthcare/pharmacy setting)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Comfortable with documenting sensitive patient data (HIPAA knowledge preferred)
