Natera is hiring a Revenue Cycle Trainer to lead training, QA/QC initiatives, and onboarding programs that elevate operational performance across its Revenue Cycle Management team. In this temp-to-perm position, you’ll design, deliver, and refine training programs using multiple learning methods—ensuring both new and tenured employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and lead new hire, technical, soft skills, and customer service training across revenue cycle functions
• Deliver training via Zoom and other virtual platforms in live, blended, and e-learning formats
• Evaluate knowledge gaps and develop programs to meet skill proficiencies
• Create and maintain instructional materials, SOPs, desk guides, and job aides
• Act as a QA/QC leader—auditing quality, providing feedback, and reporting performance trends
• Support scheduling, coverage, and workflow coordination
• Coach staff and serve as first point of contact for policy, process, and system questions
• Refine curriculum based on learner feedback and performance outcomes
• Help administer and track training logistics across the department
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs
• Working knowledge of full revenue cycle processes and healthcare billing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and courseware tools (LMS/e-learning platforms)
• Proven ability to lead virtual classrooms and drive learner engagement
• Excellent organization, time management, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
