One Inc is hiring an Enrollment Specialist II to join their Vendor Network team. This role is all about high-volume, short-form sales—reaching out to customers, securing claim payment enrollments, and driving results with a sharp, service-first mindset. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong phone skills, and are motivated by performance-based rewards, this one’s for you.


Position Highlights
• $24–$28/hour + uncapped commission
• Full-time, remote
• Reports to the Director of Telesales
• Non-exempt, hourly + commission eligible
• Tools: Salesforce (plus, not required)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage a personal book of business to facilitate claims payments
• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers across the U.S.
• Sell the benefit of immediate funds availability to overcome objections
• Update and maintain records with accurate call outcomes and contact info
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets
• Document each customer interaction clearly and concisely
• Stay sharp on company products and services to effectively communicate value
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach
