Envera Health is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist to support the daily needs of assigned healthcare clients. You’ll act as a key operational liaison, helping resolve issues, streamline workflows, and ensure the client receives consistent, high-quality service. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, healthcare operations, and internal collaboration.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Represent Envera’s values in all interactions with clients and internal teams
• Act as the primary contact for assigned healthcare clients
• Track and facilitate all client requests, both routine and urgent
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain meeting cadence and performance updates with clients and internal stakeholders
• Document and improve internal workflows using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and HubSpot
• Help develop client dashboards and reports to show trends and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation team in transitioning new clients to operational teams
• Flag potential service dissatisfaction and coordinate internal response
• Actively participate in improving the overall client experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3 years of healthcare-related experience
• Experience engaging with clients and internal management
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Clear, honest communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and within a team
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
