🧾 About the Role
Concentrix is hiring a Specialist in Renewal Sales to help clients retain and renew customer contracts, upsell where applicable, and provide expert product knowledge across dedicated territories. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role focused on engagement, forecasting, and relationship management.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage a set territory and achieve revenue quotas by renewing or upgrading service contracts
• Make high-volume outbound calls and send follow-up emails
• Provide accurate sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Learn and master product knowledge and client requirements
• Handle objections, overcome barriers, and retain customers
• Troubleshoot usage or satisfaction blockers
• Log all activity in the CRM (Salesforce or similar)
• Participate in team meetings, report to Sales Manager, and deliver expert service with a human touch
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Comfortable with high call volume and CRM systems
• Fast learner with strong tech fluency and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must reside in the U.S. with a valid residential address
