Enlyte is hiring a National Account Coordinator to support enterprise-level clients through reporting, data management, and client communication. This fully remote role connects cross-functional teams and helps deliver consistent, high-impact service across Enlyte’s national accounts portfolio.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage daily communication with national account clients and internal stakeholders
• Respond to inbound service requests and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer account data and documentation
• Generate and deliver custom and recurring reports using Excel and database tools
• Support Client Success Managers with account reporting, billing, analytics, and presentations
• Build dashboards and maintain reporting tools
• Analyze problems, identify trends, and determine appropriate resolutions
• Balance workload across 10–18 national accounts


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of experience in account coordination, data analysis, or customer service
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering)
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills
• Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
