Help at Home is hiring a Bilingual Client Service Supervisor to support and oversee quality care for clients while serving as the key contact between clients, caregivers, and internal teams. If you’re fluent in Spanish and English, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people stay safe and independent at home, this role gives you the chance to lead with heart.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop and monitor care plans, where permitted
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and Plans of Care
• Communicate proactively with caregivers, clients, and referral sources
• Conduct in-home visits as needed to assess client care
• Document all services, visits, and client updates
• Handle client concerns and incident reporting
• Provide coaching to aides and relay performance issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
• Submit reports, manage client records, and maintain satisfaction surveys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support holistic care delivery


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)—read, write, speak
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Medicaid, Waiver, or home healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organization, time management, and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team
• Compassionate communicator with a professional, people-first mindset
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, scheduling, reports)

• Occasional travel to client homes or office as needed
