The Help at Home Community Foundation is seeking a full-time Foundation Operations Manager to drive the systems, processes, and backend operations that power its growing philanthropic work. This is a remote, high-impact role ideal for a nonprofit-savvy operations pro who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

• Remote (U.S.-based with travel 1–2 times per quarter for events)
• Salary: $75,000–$85,000
• Reports to: Foundation leadership
• Corporate / Foundation team role with broad organizational impact
📋 What You’ll Own
Operations & Systems
• Build, maintain, and improve internal systems and workflows
• Oversee reporting mechanisms and ensure organizational compliance
• Implement tools that enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
Donor Engagement & Fundraising Support
• Manage donor CRM tools and campaign logistics
• Create templates and systems for tracking engagement and revenue
• Support donor stewardship and fundraising communication
Contract & Policy Oversight
• Maintain contracts for Foundation vendors, initiatives, and partnerships
• Ensure legal compliance, manage renewals, and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Own governance documentation and policy alignment
Grant Management & Reporting
• Track grants and submission deadlines
• Align reporting with internal stakeholders and external funders
• Support compliance, audits, and metrics-based storytelling
Event & Program Coordination
• Lead logistics for Foundation programs and community outreach events
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners
• Track impact of community engagement and volunteer initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of nonprofit operations, program management, or development experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Donor Perfect, Submittable), and PM platforms
• Comfortable taking ownership of systems in a remote, fast-moving setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous or evolving situations
• Passion for mission-driven work and community-centered outcomes
