Join the Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, supporting one of our healthcare clients. You’ll handle both voice and non-voice processes, cross-checking provider information, verifying data, and helping ensure everything is accurate and timely. This is a detail-driven role with real impact on operational quality.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Verify provider data via online databases and third-party sources
• Review and complete enrichment tasks (vendor verification, board certifications, etc.)
• Perform timely data entry and documentation
• Follow up with various state boards for credentialing updates
• Support quality control across enrichment tasks
• Remain flexible to shifting client processes or task needs


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in a call center, BPO, inside sales, or customer service is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work 40 hours/week immediately
• Adaptable to change and process updates
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Stable internet and reliable work-from-home setup
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online systems
