🧾 About the Role
Railbookers Group is the global leader in independent rail vacations. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll guide travelers through their journeys with empathy, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication, resolve travel concerns, and collaborate across departments to make every experience exceptional.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for customer and travel advisor inquiries (via phone, email, and web)
• Manage booking issues, itinerary changes, exchanges, refunds, and upgrades
• Liaise with global travel partners to solve urgent concerns
• Deliver travel documents and updates to customers and partners
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for seamless service
• Monitor reservation quality and escalate discrepancies
• Assist with rebooking or finding alternatives due to changes
🎯 Qualifications
• 2+ years in high-volume call center or customer service roles
• Travel, hospitality, or transportation experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills
• Strong multitasking and time management in fast-paced environments
• Tech-savvy; Microsoft Office and CRM experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience highly valued)
