🧾 About the Role
Join a fast-moving team delivering high-quality cardiac monitoring support from home. As a Clinical Customer Support Representative, you’ll help patients troubleshoot wearable heart devices (Mobile Cardiac Telemetry & Extended Holter Services) and work closely with the Cardiac Monitoring Center to ensure smooth operations. You’ll handle calls, document issues, escalate concerns, and follow up on patient interactions.


Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls and direct them appropriately
• Make outbound calls to assist with device troubleshooting
• Track and follow up with patients using cardiac monitoring kits
• Log all interactions in detail
• Handle emails and voicemail tickets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely care
• Identify and escalate concerns per SOP
• Meet performance and quality standards
• Take feedback constructively and adapt quickly


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s preferred)
• 1 year of relevant experience (medical background preferred)
• Strong phone communication and written skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and urgent under pressure
• Familiarity with medical terminology (especially cardiology)
• Comfortable navigating call center software and multitasking
• Willingness to work extra hours or overtime if needed
