🧾 About the Role
Carenet Health is hiring Patient Care Coordinators to join their remote, overnight operations team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and members calling with urgent healthcare needs. Your role blends compassion and clarity—helping people navigate care, coverage, and immediate concerns from the comfort of your home.

• Night shifts with rotating days off

• Remote, full-time
• Serve as the bridge between patients and care solutions
📋 What You’ll Own
• Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Provide support during health-related emergencies or after-hours care needs
• Educate members on how to use their health insurance plans
• Route calls to RNs for 24/7 triage support
• Answer benefit questions, claims inquiries, and insurance authorizations
• Ensure compassionate, HIPAA-compliant communication
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Prior experience in healthcare (front desk, PBX/911, MA, CNA, etc.)
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with Microsoft Outlook/Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work mid-day into night with rotating days off
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and DisplayPort
