Redfin is seeking a Temporary Licensed Transaction Coordinator to support real estate agents and ensure smooth closings from contract to keys. This is a high-volume, client-facing role where you’ll manage 30–50 deals per month, handling everything from disclosures to coordinating inspections. • Pay Range: $22.80–$35.50/hour
• Employment Type: Full-time (Temporary, ~6 months)
• Remote: Yes, U.S.-based (WA preferred)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Travel: Minimal; occasional team events per manager discretion


📋 What You’ll Own
• Orchestrate real estate transactions between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and closing partners
• Process 30–50 deals monthly during peak season
• Coordinate access for inspectors, appraisers, and vendors
• Draft and process documents: addenda, disclosures, and full transaction files
• Track deadlines, flag risks, and ensure on-time closings
• Build strong relationships with agents to match their workflow
• Deliver white-glove client service and reduce stress through clear communication
• Use Redfin’s custom tools to keep everyone informed and on track


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Real estate license (required) – How to get licensed
• 1+ year of real estate experience, with deep understanding of the closing process
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Tech savvy and quick to learn proprietary tools (Google Suite, CRM, etc.)
• Calm problem-solver with a client-first mindset
• Able to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure
