📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, email, and social media
• Resolve order issues, returns, shipping questions, and account inquiries
• Maintain high CSAT and retention rates through empathy and problem-solving
• Build rapport and turn negative experiences into positive ones
• Multitask across tools and platforms in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Work weekends and key holidays (including November and December)
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in customer service or related field
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple tools and multitasking
• Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented
• Self-starter with a distraction-free work environment
• Open to working weekends and holidays
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Bonus: Familiarity with Zendesk or Glady
