📋 What You’ll Own
• Accurately process ROI requests using Verisma software
• Interpret authorizations, medical forms, and records
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, company, and state guidelines
• Resolve release-related issues and escalate as needed
• Deliver high-level customer service via phone, email, or in person
• Organize, classify, and manage sensitive documentation efficiently
• Attend ongoing training and stay updated on policy and system updates
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with medical records or in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA and protected health information (PHI) release procedures
• Strong attention to detail and independent time management
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and scanners
• RHIT certification (preferred but not required)
• Professional communication skills and discretion when handling confidential materials
