As a Member Support Specialist at Wellth, you’re the voice of compassion and change for those navigating their healthcare journey. You’ll support members enrolled in our life-changing behavior programs by handling calls, texts, and emails with clarity, empathy, and precision. From troubleshooting tech issues to encouraging medication adherence, you’ll help bridge the gap between motivation and health transformation—every single day. • Full-time, remote
• Weekday and weekend shifts available between 9am–8pm ET

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to Member inquiries across phone, email, and text
• Guide Members through program engagement, tech issues, and behavioral support
• Monitor Member adherence and notify medical teams when needed
• Make outbound calls to encourage continued participation and support habit building
• Troubleshoot and simplify tech issues for mobile app users (Android + iOS)
• Document communication with accuracy and care
• Represent Wellth’s mission with professionalism and heart

• Comfortable using digital tools and navigating mobile operating systems

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
