We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. In this fully remote position, you’ll lead automation projects from design to deployment while serving as the trusted technical liaison between our customers and development teams. You’ll blend sales acumen with technical expertise—delivering smart, scalable automation solutions and driving customer satisfaction at every stage of the journey.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead RPA solution design, delivery, and review efforts across teams
• Provide governance and quality assurance for automation builds
• Conduct code reviews and approve solutions prior to production deployment
• Drive automation productivity, methodologies, and best practices
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and product training to customers
• Evaluate client needs, suggest upgrades, and promote additional features
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through lifecycle
• Maintain key account metrics and generate product performance reports
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Background in technical support and pre/post-sales engineering
• Proven ability to communicate complex tech in clear, customer-friendly ways
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in or with RPA environments preferred
• Familiar with sales and account management tools/software
