Sparrow is transforming the broken, bureaucratic process of employee leave into a supportive, high-tech, high-touch experience. As a Leave Specialist, you’ll be the steady hand guiding employees through some of life’s most meaningful transitions—parenthood, illness, recovery, and more.

You’ll manage leaves from kickoff to return-to-work, offering empathy, accuracy, and responsiveness. You’re not just helping people fill out forms—you’re restoring peace of mind.

• $22.25–$27.50/hour, based on your legal U.S. residence
• Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
• 100% remote

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees going on leave
• Guide customers through the end-to-end leave process with clarity and care
• Communicate across channels—email, phone, chat, video—to coordinate with employees, HR, payroll, providers, and state agencies
• Collaborate with internal teams, especially payroll, to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Track multiple cases and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Participate in team meetings and help iterate on internal processes
• Gather and share product feedback to help improve Sparrow’s platform

• 2+ years client-facing experience, ideally in high-empathy roles
