📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound customer support calls and online chats
• Configure call routing and respond to feature/phone setup inquiries
• Make outbound calls to test configuration changes and follow up
• Provide ad-hoc training on customer portals and features
• Work within a ticketing system to document and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity, patience, and speed
• Suggest solutions that align with customer needs and product features
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely resolution and thoughtful communication


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a customer-facing troubleshooting/support role
• 1+ year working with cloud-based software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Coachable, adaptable, curious, and detail-oriented
• Enjoys problem-solving and can break down complex technical issues

• VOIP tech experience (SIP, RTP, QoS, codecs)
