PandaDoc is looking for a Customer Support Associate to deliver top-tier customer experiences in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. You’ll provide support via chat and email, helping users solve problems and get the most out of PandaDoc’s all-in-one document automation platform.

• Pay: $55K–$60K OTE (Base + Bonus)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 9AM–6PM ET (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred)
• Remote Status: Fully remote (U.S.-based only)
• Team: CX (Customer Experience)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
• Provide expert-level support for PandaDoc products via chat and email
• Collaborate with global Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams for complex issues
• Handle multiple customer cases with speed and precision
• Help maintain high CSAT and Quality Assurance scores
• Contribute to a smooth customer journey across regions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion for helping others and solving problems
• Proven success with KPIs like CSAT or QA
• Willingness to work 9AM–6PM ET or CT
