⢠Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and heart
⢠Support members with billing, claims, benefits, materials, and more
⢠Use web-based systems to resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently
⢠Follow call scripts and client protocols while personalizing the experience
⢠Document every interaction clearly and thoroughly
⢠Recognize opportunities to go beyond the script and truly advocate
⢠Stay flexible and solution-oriented with each unique call
⢠Maintain schedule adherence and shift reliability
šÆ Must-Have Traits
⢠High School diploma or GED
⢠Prior customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
⢠Clear verbal and written communication skills
⢠Strong multi-taskerācan toggle tabs while staying laser-focused
⢠Comfortable with online tools and navigating multiple screens
⢠Can sit for extended periods and stay present on calls
⢠Able to pass background check, drug screen, and internet speed test
