In this role, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding—while helping implement global systems and enhance employee engagement. 🧠 Experience Level: 2+ years in HR admin or recruitment; HR qualification preferred
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Handle daily HR admin: create contracts, reference letters, job ads, and interview scheduling
• Manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to exit interviews
• Update and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Partner with managers to support training, engagement, and policy questions
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate employee data and efficient processing
• Administer benefits (e.g. health insurance, pensions, bike-to-work programs)
• Maintain GDPR-compliant filing systems and records
• Lead onboarding/offboarding processes, including IT coordination
• Track key milestones (probation, appraisals, contracts)
• Support global HR system rollouts and cross-border initiatives
• Contribute to wellbeing and reward programs
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and provide operational support to the HR Business Partner
