You’ll work hand-in-hand with the HR Business Partner to streamline recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives. 🔎 What You’ll Own:

• Handle general HR administration: contracts, reference letters, job ads, interview coordination
• Manage tasks across the employee lifecycle—from hiring to exit interviews
• Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance and reflect best practices
• Support managers on HR-related queries: training, engagement, onboarding
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee data processing
• Administer employee benefits and manage records in compliance with GDPR
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows, including IT coordination and access
• Track probation, contract, and appraisal milestones
• Contribute to company wellbeing initiatives and recognition programs
• Assist with global HR system implementation and ongoing process improvements
• Participate in HR projects and report directly to the HR Business Partner

• HR qualification or relevant degree
• 2+ years in HR administration or recruitment
