🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Respond to inbound calls regarding insurance benefits, billing, and claims
• Provide clear, compassionate explanations and next steps to policyholders
• Maintain service standards with attention to accuracy, professionalism, and speed
• Document client interactions and maintain records in system
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to solve customer issues efficiently

• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus—but not required
