Calls, emails, and chatāmulti-channel support role
š§ Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (Healthcare or wellness background a plus)
š What Youāll Own:
⢠Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage in chat support
⢠Guide members through platform features and answer benefit questions
⢠Troubleshoot basic tech or access issues
⢠Schedule appointments and assist with enrollment
⢠Maintain clear documentation in CRM tools

⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills
⢠Patience, empathy, and an upbeat attitude
⢠Tech-literateācomfortable with support tools and multitasking
