🧠 Experience Level: Entry (2+ years customer service experience)

🔧 What You’ll Own:
- Act as the primary liaison for lease extensions, renter concerns, and vendor coordination
- Manage communications between adjusters, policyholders, and vendors
- Arrange furniture and houseware requests, pick-ups, and exchanges
- Maintain client ledgers for accurate billing and invoicing
- Initiate and track lease extensions and move-out notices
- Coordinate security deposit processes and damage investigations
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve urgent or sensitive housing issues
- Support organizational quality and continuous improvement initiatives
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years in customer service, insurance, hospitality, billing, or housing support
- Empathy and calm under pressure
- Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in financial and lease documentation
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline management
- Self-driven, independent, and reliable in remote settings
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
