🔧 What You’ll Own:
- Handle inbound and outbound consumer calls regarding account balances
- Negotiate payment plans and provide accurate account information
- Document each call accurately in systems and update account statuses
- Resolve call-related issues using active listening and problem-solving
- Meet performance metrics in call volume, resolution rate, and quality
- Work independently with flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, varied hours)
🧠 Must-Have Traits:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in customer service, call center, or accounts receivable
- Clear, polite verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
