Position is remote offering attractive base pay plus a generous commission plan. Opportunity to earn $40,000 to $65,000 plus.

Skills Required to Build your success:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent cruise sales experience selling multiple cruise lines (in person or on the phone).
- Must have strong cruise line product knowledge (personal cruise travel experience is a plus)
- Ability to work from home (home-based position)
- Must be highly proficient in sales and closing techniques
- Excellent English verbal communication skills (Fluency in a second language is a plus)
- Computer literate, ability to learn Cruise.com technology
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work a 40 hour, 5 day workweek on flexible shifts.

A Day in the Life (Job Duties):
- Take inbound cruise.com sales calls, inquiries, and customer service calls.
- Address callers questions concerning all aspects of cruise vacations
- Closing the sale of a cruise booking and “up selling” cruise packages to maximize revenue
- Provides high levels of service to the customers with professionalism and cruise product knowledge
- Sells Allianz Travel Insurance
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
